That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1300.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 176975 Cape Town at Newlands with regard to the unauthorised carport constructed on the property as per the plan with drawing number MP 13054/6 dated 11/04/2018.
