That an administrative penalty of R2 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 176976 Cape Town at Newlands, with regard to the unauthorized carport as per the plan with drawing number MP 13055/7 dated 11/04/2018.
