That an administrative penalty of R10 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 30872 Cape Town at Rosebank for unauthorized building work and land use in the form of a boarding house, as per the plan drawn by Wayne Harvey Architecture with drawing number 20_100 Revision B, dated September 2017.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
