That an administrative penalty in the amount of R42 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised block of 7 flats and related building work on Remainder Erf 86347 Cape Town at Muizenberg, in accordance with the plan drawn by Crowsen Creations dated June 2015.
