That an administrative penalty in the amount of R 10 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 3140 Simon’s Town, as reflected on the plan drawn by Davantoni Design numbered 267/01 Revision 9, dated 2017-05-10.
