RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R308.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 857 Capricorn for the portion of the dwelling house on the ground floor & 1st floor in accordance with the plan with Drawing No NLG/2017 dated 08/08/2017 and drawn by Happy K Nyambose.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except 6.1 which is amended as follows:
6.1. The explanation for the unauthorized work is credible
