RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY


a. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 34077, Cape Town at Athlone, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with Building Plan No. A (revision- 1) attached hereto as Annexure C and subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the Consent in terms of a restrictive title deed condition clause B(2) contained in title deed No. T62121/13 in respect of Erf 34077, Cape Town at Athlone BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance Building Plan No. A (revision- 1) attached hereto as Annexure C.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason 7.7 that read as follows:

7.7 That the additional coverage will not result in an unacceptable negative impact on surrounding properties.
