RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 2900, Grassy Park into 3 (three) portions BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the plan of subdivision no PS815 dated 11 April 2017 drawn by Farzaana Fisher, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for the rezoning of the Remainder Erf 2900 from Utility Zone to General Residential 2 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

a. That the application for permanent departures as set out in Annexure A on Remainder Erf 2900, Grassy Park BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the Plan No 1702-101-03, 1702-101-02, 1702-200-01 and 1702-101-03 Revision A, dated April 2017 drawn by El-Axis Architects subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for site development plan approval on Remainder Erf 2900 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the Plan No 1702-101-03, 1702-101-02, 1702-200-01 and 1702-101-03 Revision A, dated April 2017 drawn by El-Axis Architects subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

Applications granted 1.1 is amended as follows:

1.1. Subdivision of the property into 3 (three) portions (Portion 1 ±338m2, Portion 2 ±21m2 and Remainder ±3752m2), as shown on the plan of subdivision PS1815 dated 11 April 2017 drawn by Farzaana Fisher.

Conditions 2.12 is deleted

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
