An administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 128.00 for the unauthorized building work (carports and covered patio) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of Erf 1323, 199 Helderberg College Road, Somerset West.
