That an administrative penalty in the amount of R477.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 140178 Cape Town for the portion of the verandah and storeroom in accordance with the plan for House Stemmet with Drawing No 0399.1 dated March 2016 and drawn by Barry M Abrahams Architecture.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
