RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for consolidation of Erven 51325 and 58234 Cape Town at Claremont, as per plan of consolidation LUM/00/51325, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for rezoning of Erven 51325 and 58234 Cape Town at Claremont from Single Residential Zone 1 to Local Business Zone 2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. That the application to delete restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 51325 and 58234 Cape Town at Claremont, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. That the application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 56(g) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a canopy to project over the Wyndover Road boundary, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
e. That he application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, on Erven 51325 and 58234 Cape Town at Claremont, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Conditions
That the word DELETIONS be corrected in the heading 1.3 on Annexure A.
Note: That approval is still required in terms of the Road Ordinance No. 19 of 1976

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
