RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for consent to permit a house shop on a portion of Erf 4915 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 4915 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report excepts 7.1.1 which is amended as follows:
7.1.1 The proposal is compatible with the surrounding land uses and activities.
