That an administrative penalty in the amount of R100 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1914 Constantia for the 2 unauthorised dwellings and the portion of one of dwellings that is setback 0m in lieu of 3m from the common boundary.
