That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 8778 Fish Hoek with regard to the institution for administrative and counselling purposes on the property.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 6.3 which is deleted
