RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 7062 Fish Hoek, for the unauthorised patio/kitchen extension, as shown on the plan drawn by Eben Kuun Architectural Designer with drawing number DOY/LAD/003 Rev. B dated 2018-03-01.
b. That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 7062 Fish Hoek, for the unauthorised garage, as shown on the plan drawn by Eben Kuun Architectural Designer with drawing number DOY/LAD/003 Rev. B dated 2018-03-01.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
