RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for the subdivision of Erven 45173 & 45179 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/45173, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, to permit the subdivision of Erven 45173 & 45179 Cape Town at Rondebosch in a heritage protection overlay zone, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/45173, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.

c. That the application for Council’s consent in terms of Item 136(a) of the Development Management Scheme for Erven 45173 & 45179 Cape Town at Rondebosch, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
