That an administrative penalty to the amount of R780 be imposed in terms of Section 98 and BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 29932, Elsies River.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. A small administrative penalty is considered appropriate, considering the number of years that the business has been in operation and the needs of the community.
