RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for Rezoning in respect of Erf 19331 Goodwood from Single Residential Zoning 1 (SR1) to Community Zoning 1(CO1) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law,
b. That the application for Consent Use in respect of Erf 19331 Goodwood to permit the installation of a freestanding telecommunication mast base station BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for Permanent Departure for the relaxation of the 55.0m street and 5.0m common boundary building line to 0.0m to accommodate the construction of a telecommunication base station BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law.
Condition 3.1 is deleted
