RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for rezoning from Single Residential (SR1) to General Residential (GR2) of Erf 39833 Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for permanent departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 39833 Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A and in accordance with the SDP attached as Annexure C
c. That the application for site development plan approval for Erf 39833 Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A and in accordance with the SDP attached as Annexure C
The typo in Application1.2.3, i.e. “perm” is corrected to “permit”
Application 1.2.7 is amended as follows:
1.2.7 A permanent departure permitting 52 parking bays in lieu of 84 onsite parking bays.
Condition 2.3.1 is amended as follows:
2.3.1 The agreed stormwater management plan must be submitted together with the service plans.
Condition 2.4.1 is deleted.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
