RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for rezoning from Single Residential (SR1) to General Residential (GR2) of Erf 39832 Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. That the application for permanent departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 39832 Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A and in accordance with the SDP attached as Annexure C

c. That the application for site development plan approval for Erf 39832 Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, and in accordance with the SDP attached as Annexure C

APPLICATION 1.2.6 is amended as follows:

1.2.6 Parking departure to permit 37 parking bays in lieu of 64 parking bays.

Condition 2.3.1 is amended as follows:

2.3.1 The agreed stormwater management plan must be submitted together with the service plans.

Condition 2.4.1 is deleted.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
