RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for consent use on Erf 2154, Richmond Park to allow for the erection of a 25 m high monopole mast and telecommunication base station BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. That the application for permanent departure on Erf 2154, Richmond Park involving the relaxation of the 4.5 m street building line to 0 m, to allow for the erection of a 25 m high monopole mast and telecommunication base station BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISIONS:
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 7.1.3 which is amended as follows:
7.1.3 The proposed permanent departure will have a detrimental impact on the streetscape along Richwood Avenue and will have an adverse effect on the abutting property
