UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
That the application for an administrative penalty, applied for in terms of section 129(1) of the Municipal Planning Bylaw (2015), for an amount of R1597 in respect of portions of the existing unlawful carport, second dwelling and verandah on Erf 10411, Kraaifontein, as indicated on the Site Layout Plan attached as Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Sections 98(b) and 129(1A)(a-b) of the same Bylaw.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 6.4 which is amended as follows:
1.4 The contravention of the Development Management Scheme applies to portions of the carport, second dwelling and verandah with a total area of 45.24 m², which is extensive in this context.
