UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for amendment of a condition in respect of an existing approval on erf 2757, Montague Gardens (Summer Greens) to permit a shop and hair salon, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 071114001, date 07/11/2014, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
