UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for City approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 28167, Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law of 2015 in accordance with the plans in Annexure D.
b. The application for deletion of the restrictive title deed condition as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 28167, Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law of 2015.
c. The application for amendment of the restrictive title deed condition as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 28167, Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law of 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions:
1.3.2 Item 162(v): To permit permanent removal of trees in a heritage place and replace with two new trees.
