a. That the application for a consent use to permit a freestanding base telecommunication station on Erf 15659, Goodwood, Uitsig, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions attached as Annexure A.
b. That the application for the permanent departures to relax the 5m common boundary building lines to 0,0m on Erf 15659, Goodwood, Uitsig , BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions attached as Annexure A.
