Resolution details

RESOLVED

a. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 23974, Bellville into a remainder and 3 portions BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Subdivision Plan no. 6 (dated 12 September 2017) attached as Annexure C and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. Hospital Street BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015as street name to be allocated to the public road reserve as indicated on the attached Annexure C.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW

Condition 2.4.3 and 2.4.4 is amended as follows:

2.4.3. Access points into the hospital sites, as well as the access points to the relocated toboggan parking indicated on AECOM plan no. BP-01 (REV 2 as amended), but excluding perpendicular parking on Hospital Street shown as Option 3.
2.4.4. Fully dimensioned roadways, parking areas (including toboggan area) and basement details.

REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
