RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for deletion of Condition B.3. contained in title deed T45312/2015 in terms of Section 42 (g) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, to permit a second-storey extension on Erf 20157, Kraaifontein, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the By-law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
b. That the application for deletion of a condition of approval restricting development on Erf 20157, Kraaifontein to single storey in terms of Section 42 (j) of the City of Cape Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the By-law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
c. That the application for a permanent departure in terms of Section 42 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 to permit a shade cloth carport on Erf 20157, Kraaifontein to be set back 0 m in lieu of 1,5 m from the street boundary, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the By-law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
