That an administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (offices and hair salon) in the amount of R4 713.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of Erf 9042, 110 Sarel Cilliers, Strand in accordance with Plan 2008-017.
