The application for consent for a freestanding base telecommunication station in terms of Item 112(c) of the Development Management Scheme for Erf 4979 Noordhoek (Portion 40 of Cape Farm 945), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
