The application for consent for a freestanding telecommunication base station in terms of Item 82(b) of the Development Management Scheme for Remainder Erf 167867 Cape Town at Southfield, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions as set out in Annexure A.
