UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 81 Ocean View, for the Early Childhood Development Centre in accordance with the plan drawn by Ntsika Architects, dated 4 August 2017.
