UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for Consent in terms of Section 42(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, to permit a house shop at erf 99014 Ventura Street, Kensington BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions as follows:
2.3 Unless determined otherwise by the Director: Development Management, the operating hours shall be restricted to 07:00 – 19:00 Mondays to Saturdays and 08:00 – 19:00 Sundays and Public Holidays.
