UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 44 Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, A in accordance with Annexure C1.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend conditions as follows:
1.1.3 Item 171(1): To permit proposed additions and alterations to the existing building to project above the abutting pedestrian footway to the extent reflected in Annexure C1 (Victoria Road Scenic Drive).
