UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

The application for a consent use to permit a place of instruction on erf 785, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan no: Figure 4 - Site Plan, Parking Layout and landscaping plan dated 08/01/2016 prepared by David Bettesworth Town and Regional Planners, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

Add to conditions:
An Electrical Development Capital charge (DC Cost) for the difference between domestic and business usage is payable.

Access to parking adjacent to Begonia Street shall be amended to make the parking bays accessible, to the satisfaction of the Director: Development Management.

Delete 2.3 and 2.4

Delete ‘NOTE’
