An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 623.24 for the unauthorised land use BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Portion 25 of farm 22, Cape Farms in accordance with plans 863-1/3; 863-2/3 drawn by D van Driel, dated 16 Nov 2015.
