UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty of R 500.00, in terms of Section 129 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, for Erf 72, Sea Point, 6 Solomons Road, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add reason 4.
The conduct of the applicant is not wilful.
