UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the subdivision of Erf 85739 Cape Town at Muizenberg, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/85739, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions as set out in Annexure A.
b. Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1)(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit subdivision of Erf 85739 Cape Town at Muizenberg in the Muizenberg-St James-Kalk Bay Heritage Protection Overlay Zone, as per plan of subdivision LUM/00/85739, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
