UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for relaxation of a title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 44853 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for consent in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a place of instruction on Erf 44853 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 44853 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
