UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised gatehouse on Erf 9152 Hout Bay, as shown on the Site Development Plan with the drawing numbers 14.08.CD.1-1 (dated 2016-12-15), 14.08.WD.1-1 (dated 2015-05-27) and 14.08.WD.1-2 (dated 2015-05-27) drawn by Jacques Cronje Timber Design.
b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 665.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised lean-to on Erf 9152 Hout Bay, as shown on the Site Development Plan with the drawing numbers 14.08.CD.1-1 (dated 2016-12-15), 14.08.WD.1-1 (dated 2015-05-27) and 14.08.WD.1-2 (dated 2015-05-27) drawn by Jacques Cronje Timber Design.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
