UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 150.50 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1310 Hout Bay, in relation to the wooden deck as shown on the plan drawn by Paul M Marsh with drawing number PMM 16038, dated 25 August 2016.
