UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 32074 Cape Town at Rosebank, for the use of a portion of the property as student accomodation in excess of the maximum number of people permitted as per the definition of ‘family’ in the Development Management Scheme.
