RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the Rezoning of Erf 309, Brackenfell, from Single Residential 1 to General Residential 2 to permit 28 sectional title apartments (flats) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for a Departure, as set out on Annexure A, for Erf 309, Brackenfell BE APPROVED in terms of 98 of the Municipal Planning Bylaw, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. That the application for approval of the proposed Site Development Plan (SDP), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with drawing no: S-01 drawn by Basson Basson Architects dated JAN 2016, attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW
Condition 2.3 is amended as follows:
2.3 That the external street boundary wall along Kruis Road be provided with visual permeability, to the satisfaction of the District Manager Development Manager: Northern, in line with Policy.
Condition 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.23, 2.24, 2.25, 2.27 is deleted.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
