That an administrative penalty to the amount of R13 550.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law; 2015 in respect of the unauthorized land use on erf 13095, Bothasig, Milnerton.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1 The owner was willing at all times to assist in the process.
2 The owner has applied for rezoning and permanent departure in an attempt to regularize the unauthorized use of her property.
3 The unauthorized land use involves the entire property and the e gravity is serious.
