RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for Section 42 (g) – Removal of a restrictive title deed condition, Clause 3.C. of the Title Deed No T96600/1996, in respect of Erven 7383 and 7158-Re, Bellville to use the existing building as offices, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(1) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance to the Site Layout Plan attached as Annexure E,
All Conditions of approval relating to the rezoning and consolidation is deleted
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The restrictive title deed condition will not result in any financial or personal loss to the abutting neighbours or the applicant, as the proposal is considered minor in nature with an insignificant adverse impact on any primary rights of surrounding property owners.
