RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for rezoning of Portion 17 of Farm Langverwacht No. 238, Kuilsrivier, from Agricultural Zone to Subdivisional Area, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Plan No. (project: Farm 238/17, STELLENBOSCH), dated 5 December 2015.
b. That the application for subdivision of Portion 17 of Farm Langverwacht No. 238, Kuilsrivier, into 22 General Residential 1 zoned erven, 2 open Space 3 zoned erven, I Utility zoned erf, as well as Public Road (Transport 2), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Plan No. (project: Farm 238/17, STELLENBOSCH), dated 5 December 2015.
c. That the above approvals are subject to the conditions attached as annexure A.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BYLAW
Condition 2.1 is amended as follows:
2.1 The number of units is limited to 22, as indicated on the subdivision plan no. (project: Farm 238/17, STELLENBOSCH), dated 5 December 2015.
Condition 2.21, 2.33, 2.34 is deleted
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
