That an administrative penalty for the unauthorized land use (house shop) in the amount of R500 in terms of Section 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law,2015 in respect of Erf 7759,10 Korhaan street, Rocklands, Mitchel’s Plain.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
