That an administrative penalty for the unauthorized land use (house shop) in the amount of R600 (2.9%) in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning B-Law, 2015 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law,2015 in respect of Erf 1046, 1Lakeman Crescent and Leander way, Dennemere, Gaylee.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
