UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised land use on Erf 173487 Cape Town, for the conversion of Windsor House into 4 dwelling units, as reflected on the plans drawn by Stuart Thompson & Andre Rademeyer Architects in Association with drawing numbers 02-002 and 02-003 dated 2013-11-26 and 2013-11-20.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
