UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 095.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 152 Meadowridge, for the unauthorised lapa building work as per the plan drawn by Thatchscapes dated 2014-07-01(revision 02/03/2017), with drawing number H/152/S.
