UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 6039 Hout Bay for the on-suite bathroom, cold room and reinforced concrete roof over the existing bar; in accordance with drawing numbers: 17/05/02 (dated 25 July 2017), 17/05/04 (dated 12 July 2017), 17/05/05 (dated 13 July 2017); drawn by: Sonja Alexander.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
